Order Fulfillment and Shipping Policies
Our team prides itself on rapid dispatch, usually sending out orders on the exact same or the following business day. Please allow a maximum of two business days for processing after your payment has been successfully verified.
As soon as your items are boxed and ready to go, we will automatically send an email containing your tracking information. During checkout, you can select your preferred shipping speed, with options including FedEx Ground, FedEx 2-Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air.
Please note that processing times may be extended for orders placed near federal holidays.
Delivery Expectations and Claims
All provided transit times are approximations rather than strict guarantees. In the uncommon situation where a package is misplaced or delayed in transit, our procedures align strictly with the official policies of UPS and FedEx.
If you encounter any problems with your delivery, you have a strict seven-day window from the carrier's confirmed delivery date to notify us. We cannot process or accept any claims for lost or damaged goods if more than a week has elapsed since the carrier recorded the package as delivered.

Global Shipping
We gladly ship to the majority of international destinations, with transit times generally ranging from one to three weeks. Your packages will be handed off and delivered by your region's local postal service.
Please be aware that all international purchases require a strict minimum order of 20 vials per specific peptide.
